Choose the teams that take part. A team that already has open work shows its load. Split evenly gives each team a compact area (barangay by barangay, then by location); move NAPs between teams before you dispatch.

Export the NAP master
One row per NAP box: the master columns you can edit and import back, plus the computed status (read-only). Deactivated NAPs are listed with status inactive and active NO; this export is the only place they appear.
Import: add or update NAP boxes
Team GPS wins over imported coordinates. A NAP whose location came from a team's GPS during an audit keeps it; imported lat/lng are applied only to NAPs with Converge (seed) or manually entered coordinates, or none.
Blank cells never erase data. Port statuses, audits, photos and dispatch history are never changed. active = NO deactivates a NAP (hidden from every list, map and dispatch; its open dispatches are cancelled); YES brings it back.
Use the NAP Master import template, or a file exported above. Up to 5,000 rows per file. Nothing is saved until you press Apply.
